When will my order arrive or be ready for collection?

The estimated delivery time for each order varies according to the type and nature of your order. It is usually within 5-7 business days when and if an item is available for delivery. In the event you selected to collect your item, it should be ready within 6 business days.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. Our order-fulfilment and shipping system is designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently; therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed.


What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

If you order arrives damaged, please call us on  +1 868 223 7447 ext. 2018 or fill out this form. We may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.


Are there any delivery restrictions?

Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited reserves the right to decline delivery to certain areas and decide whether an item is available for delivery or pick up.
