Returns Policy

New and unopened merchandise sold by Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited can be returned within 14 days of purchase unless stated otherwise. Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded to your credit card as determined by Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, for example, a credit card, unless stated otherwise. If you’re missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit card may be located in our system within 365 days of purchase. A restocking charge of 10% of the value of the item(s) shall be applied to all standard products, which have been returned after having been delivered in accordance with the Buyer’s instructions.

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited. Items must be returned with all accessories, components and packaging for a full refund

 

How can I cancel my order?

We send orders to our warehouse frequently throughout the day to provide customers with fast fulfilment of their order and shipping. We are therefore unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
