In my experience, their service is great with very little need for improvement. The staff always has time and patience to explain things and assist me in making the best decisions for my cargo. They are knowledgeable, their prices are very good for the services they offer and they go the extra mile if needed. I especially like the fact that they give me everything I need in one package, brokerage, insurance, freight, FCL, LCL, Air, import, export so I don't have to worry about looking around to get what I want to facilitate my shipping needs. They are really good at what they do.

Excellent Customer Service. Efficient and always on schedule with cargo. Rates may be a bit higher but would not trade the service at all.
